Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used Krizam through Facebook Messenger or our website and would like to request deletion of your personal data, please follow the instructions below. We are committed to honoring your data rights promptly.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can submit a data deletion request in either of the following ways:
Email Request
Send an email to krishankanhaya0007@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your full name and the Facebook account or email address associated with your data so we can locate and remove your records.
Remove App via Facebook Settings
You can also revoke Krizam's access directly through Facebook. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites, find Krizam, and click Remove. This will immediately revoke our access to your Facebook data.
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
- Delete or anonymize all personal data associated with your account within 30 days.
- Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Data We May Retain
Please note that we may retain certain information where required by law (e.g. financial records, legal obligations) or where necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Retained data is kept securely and not used for any other purpose.
